Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed by email to galway@cafetogo.ie 48 hours prior to the event for lunch, dinners, finger buffets and canapés. 24 hours prior to event for sandwiches and coffee orders may be confirmed before the event.
Guarantees
Final invoice will be based on the confirmation sent by email. We understand last minute cancellations are occasionally unavoidable. We will work with you to minimize your charges but you will be responsible for any costs incurred by the catering department up to the time of cancellation.
Collection and delivery
Depending on the type of booking Friars Catering will deliver up until 30 minutes prior to the event and with the advise of the organizer.
At the time of each booking, the organizer must let us know what time the catering will be finished and what is the most suitable time for collection.
General
All prices exclude VAT @13.5 % and beverage prices exclude VAT @ 21%
Special Diets will be catered for where possible upon request
